About the role
The Transfer of Care Team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator. The Team have a vacancy for a part time business officer. We have supportive staff who are happy to share ideas and workloads. We are looking for someone who can prioritise workloads, work flexibly to support the needs of the Team, has attention to details skills, and understands the requirement for confidentiality. The ability to work on your own initiative and be a Team Player are must have skills! The position is idea if you are enthusiastic, looking for a challenge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,
Working within a busy business support team, you will be undertaking various clerical and business support tasks, such as processing workflows from our client database, excel recording, call handling, collating information and occasionally note taking. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
This post is for part time working hours, with a blend of office and remote working. You will be required to work 3 or 4 days a week (subject to negotiation), 3 of those days being Wednesday Thursday and Friday. 1 in 4 weekends will also be worked, on a rota basis with a day off during the week.
The salary level for this post is Scale 4 (£22,369 - £24,054) pro-rata for part time hours, with enhanced pay rates for weekend working.
What will you be doing?
Clerical and business support tasks, such as processing workflows from our client database, excel recording, call handling, collating information and occasionally note taking. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
