About the role

Join our Adult Social Care team as a vital behind-the-scenes contributor, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll provide confidential administrative support to managers and colleagues, produce professional documents, keep records in tip-top shape, and play a key role in meetings and financial processes, all while helping us deliver a high-quality service across West Northamptonshire Council.

If you enjoy making systems work better and thrive on juggling tasks efficiently, this could be a perfect fit.



What will you be doing?

  • Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries - in person, by phone, or email
  • Providing friendly, accurate support and advice to staff and customers
  • Organising meetings, drafting minutes, managing records and data
  • Keeping financial processes on track by raising orders, checking invoices and reporting figures
  • Supporting the wider team with document production, admin tasks and system guidance
