What will you be doing?

  • Identifying individuals at risk of homelessness and managing a caseload to provide tailored support.
  • Offering advice and guidance on housing options, income maximisation, and financial support.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients to empower them to sustain their accommodation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners including social care, public health, and voluntary organisations.
  • Supporting clients with employability, training, and education opportunities.
  • Conducting home visits and maintaining accurate case records.

About you

  • A compassionate communicator who can adapt to different audiences and build rapport.
  • Have a strong knowledge of housing legislation, benefits systems, and local support services.
  • Experienced in working with vulnerable individuals, including those with complex needs.
  • Have the ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and willing to learn new systems.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
