About the role

you will be required to support adults with Profound and Multiple learning disabilities to enjoy activities within a building base and in community setting, to ensure the individuals' we support have an active and fulfilled day



What will you be doing?

You will be motivated and be able to support individuals with day to day living tasks to include.  

  • Encouraging participation in sessions and activities
  • Following individual care plans
  • Supporting effective communication
  • Assisting with postural support and mobility 
  • Assisting with all basis care support
  • Supporting individuals with their health needs in line with professional guidance 
  • Be able to effectively record accurate records.

About you


We require a team player who can also work independently using their own initiative and someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, creativity to sessions.

Be flexible in their approach, with the ability  to work across different services  as needed.

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
