About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team of amazing people! We are a very supportive and constantly leaning team of Senior Project Managers and Business Analysts.

We deliver critical business systems (like ERP, Income Management Systems, this very recruitment system!) and we do it for multiple organisations at the same time. Our projects typically include West Northants Unitary, North Northants Unitary, Cambridgeshire County Council and Milton Keynes City Council - so think BIG and complex! What will you be doing?

On a day to day basis, you will: 

  • Lead on the production of robust business cases and options appraisals to withstand senior leadership scrutiny 
  • Lead on investigating requirement details / user journey(s) to inform fit-for-purpose solutions. Analyse as-is and to-be business processes and identify improvements
  • Facilitate communication channels (i.e. workshops, meetings) with stakeholders to support all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation through to project closure)
  • Build trusted relationships within multi-disciplinary teams and subject matter experts from a wide variety of services
  • Work closely and communicate well with senior management, partners, clients and technical / professional advisors
  • Communicate (verbally and/or written) problems and recommendations in a technical and/or non-technical manner appropriate for the audience
  • Keep up to date with latest IT advancements to inform solutions evaluation and procurement

About you

  • You have significant experience in complex, large scale multi organisational system implementations and are ready for the next level challenge
  • You are technically minded and able to translate strategic goals into operational objectives (big picture to detail)
  • You have excellent verbal, written, diagrammatical and visual communication skills
  • You can build trust and have excellent facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • You are passionate, curious and an innovative problem solver
  • You want to learn and constantly improve on your work
  • You are able to add value to an existing high performing team
