About the role

Our team works with a wide range of individuals including older people, people with physical, sensor or cognitive impairments and people with mental health needs. We are the front door (literally) for these in our communities (our customers).

We are passionate about working with people to promote independence and dedicated to making a difference in the community.

The Hub is Northampton South and West. Based in Kingsthorpe.

We're seeking Hub assistance within our Adult Social Care Community team for office admin/customer service support. A guru that can put their hand to all sorts of supportive office duties.

The role is part-time, spanning 22.5 hours across Wednesday to Friday.

What will you be doing?

The key point to the role is to provide accurate records and delivering essential administrative support, to ensure communication is up to date and delivered to our Adult Social Care Community teams in relation to each customer.

Managing all communication correspondence, such as being the first point of contact via telephone and face to face. Whilst assisting support in meetings, and processing financial claims.

Maintaining accurate records, providing administrative support, and facilitating communication.

About you

We are passionate in making a meaningful impact, are you?

We would love it if you can exhibit strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to tasks, capable of working autonomously in a busy, fast paced setting.

Coupled with the basic of Word, Excel. It would be a dream if you have taken notes/minutes within meetings or set agendas. Or can you simply write clear and fast!

A friendly and reliable demeanour is key, contributing to a positive working atmosphere, given the nature of all the soon to be familiar faces you may greet to meet. If you're ready to bring these qualities to our team and make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
