About the role

Are you looking for a position that is rewarding, interesting and working within a friendly team?

We have a full time Business Support role within our Family Time (supervised contact) Team, which supports children separated from their families allowing them to spend nurturing, fun and family-focused time together.

The post will be based in Highfield Road Family Time Centre, Kettering and covering other locations in the North of the county. There is also a requirement to cover for the West of the county as and when required, so you must have access to a car, as you will need to travel across the county.

Working hours are 09.00-17.30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on a Friday

What will you be doing?

Work with Family Time co-ordinators to maintain the service offered and to ensure our buildings are kept presentable to a high standard

Work with Family Time co-ordinators to support the team; their wellbeing, recruitment, induction and monitor staff training records

You will support the service in using management and planning tools to arrange activities and family time sessions

Provide effective reception cover at all buildings as needed

Accurately record minutes of team meetings when required.
