About the role

Are you ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for an ambitious Funding Officer to secure vital funding for projects that empower communities and drive positive change in West Northamptonshire. You’ll work with a range of funding sources to deliver initiatives that strengthen community cohesion and address key local priorities.

Interviews will take place on 10th and 12th February 2025.

What will you be doing?

You’ll take the lead in developing and submitting funding bids that deliver results, collaborating with colleagues and partners to make projects happen. By researching funding opportunities and providing expert advice to voluntary sector organisations, you’ll ensure that funding is secured and managed effectively to support impactful community projects.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in securing funding, ideally in local government or community settings. You’ll thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills, we want to hear from you!
